Heating Instructions

Heating from fresh:

  1. Peel back film and remove sauce cup, heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
  2. Let meal stand for 1 minute.
  3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
  4. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of each meal into a fry pan and reheat or into an oven safe dish and heat at 180 degrees until heated through.

Heating from frozen:

  1. Peel back film and heat in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes.
  2. Stir contents for even heat distribution.
  3. Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Stir well once more and let the dish stand for 1 minute before eating.
Shelf Life & Storage

All meals have a 7-day shelf life from their Monday delivery day.

Keep refrigerated at all times and store at 5°C or below. Consume meal on day of opening or freeze meal within its expiry date.

Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. We use high-quality ingredients and cook everything in small batches to maintain freshness and flavour. If you can’t eat your meals within the shelf life, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals have a 7-day shelf life from their Monday delivery date. If your delivery falls later in the week, the shelf life will be slightly shorter. Please keep your meals refrigerated at 5°C or below. If you prefer to freeze them, they’ll stay fresh for up to 3 months.

Are your ingredients locally sourced?

How do I heat the meals?

Super simple! Peel back the film and microwave for 2 minutes if fresh, or 5-6 minutes if frozen. Give it a quick stir, heat for another minute if needed, and you’re ready to enjoy.

Can I heat the meals in the oven or stove?

Absolutely. You can transfer your meal to an oven-safe dish and heat at 180°C until warmed through, or empty the contents your meal plan into a frying pan for a quick, even reheat.
